How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

 

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds. We may be able to transfer your booking slot to another day if there are any slots free but you will need to telephone the farm directly on 01536 760552 at least 48 hours before your original day and time slot.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number. You can also use a smartphone to show your ticket booking confirmation. The ticket will also contain any relevant info which you will need before arrival.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is Car Parking available?

There is plenty of free parking at West Lodge Farm, including disabled parking spaces.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept most major debit and credit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques. We do not have a cash machine on site.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

Tickets can be purchased in-store, however not for the same day – there is a cut off period of 48 hours for all sessions.

Can I make group bookings?

Yes, just select the number of places that you need when booking.  For schools and larger groups please telephone the office (01536 760552).

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes the immediate area of the farm park and animal paddocks has good access for wheelchair users.  The trails and walks further afield are mainly on grass and over uneven ground and do have some steps making access more difficult.

Do you have eating areas?

We have a licensed restaurant on site at the farm park seving hot meals, as well as a snack shack and shop offering refreshments, snacks and ice-creams.

Bonfire Party - Are there fireworks?

This is a no firework event, especially suitable for young children (and farm animals) who do not like loud noises.

Bonfire Party - What time should I arrive?

You can arrive any time from 4pm

Christmas Experience - What time should I arrive?

You must arrive at least 45 minutes before your booked time slot.  Please report to the Entrance Ticket Desk with your ticket and we will direct you to the activity. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals. Please make sure you look at our timetables on the website before you arrive to ensure you have enough time to enjoy all of the other Christmas activities, such as The Nativity play and Twinkly Winter Walkway.

Christmas Sing a Long - What time should I arrive?

You can arrive between 4.30 and 5pm. Please come to the restaurant with your ticket and we will direct you to your table and then to Father Christmas’s workshop.

Forest School Holiday Club - What time should I arrive?

Please arrive as close to 8.30am as possible – once everyone is present we will head to the Forest School site.

Forest School Holiday Club - What do the children need to bring?

A list of suggested items is detailed on your booking confirmation, which will be sent to you once the booking process is complete.

Forest School Holiday Club - What if my child has an allergy/dietary requirement or medical condition that I need to inform of?

No, we do not accept childcare vouchers.

Birthday Parties - When are the booked tractor rides and how many does it carry?

Tractor tours last about 25 minutes and carry upto about 36 people.

11.30 am Party has their tractor ride at 1.00 pm

1.00 pm Party has their tractor ride at 2.30 pm

2.30 pm Party has their tractor ride at 1.30 pm ( please note that it will not be possible to also book a farm guide or pony ride with this tractor ride slot)

4.00 pm Party has their tractor ride at 2.00 pm
