Your journey begins as you collect your Christmas passport, a keepsake letter from Father Christmas himself and a pair of magical glasses — then let the adventure unfold!
Elves' Post Office
Start your journey at the bustling Elves' Post Office. Adults can enjoy a warm mulled wine while the children watch a message from Mrs Claus and then write a letter to Santa to post to the North Pole – or hand-deliver it to him later on in your journey.

Step into Father Christmas’s truly magical grotto, where every child will be welcomed by name, and he’ll know something extra special about them (shared by you at checkout). A personalised, heartwarming moment with a chance for a festive family photo.
Elves' Toy Shop
Wander through the enchanting Toy Shop, where walls are stacked high with gifts the elves have been working on all year. Each child chooses a toy to take home.
The Elves’ Village
A twinkling wonderland open all day long! Visit as many times as you like and watch the lights come alive with your magical glasses.

Weekends & School holidays 9am - 6pm (Christmas Eve 9am-1pm)
Our full festive experience runs on weekends and school holidays. It is a magical, high-energy Christmas adventure for the whole family.
Twilight Christmas
Available from 4pm-9pm - Friday 5th, 12th and 19th and Thursday 18th December.
Everything you love about the full Christmas Experience—but with a little extra sparkle after dark. The lights shine brighter, the village feels even more magical, and it’s a perfect way to enjoy a festive evening.
