Step into a world of twinkling lights, playful elves and unforgettable Christmas magic.

Your festive adventure takes you through the Elves’ Post Office, Elf School, Father Christmas’s Grotto and the Elves’ Toy Shop, with even more Christmas magic to enjoy across the farm.

The Elves’ Post Office

Collect your Christmas passport, magical glasses and keepsake letter from Father Christmas.

Children can write their letter to Santa, while adults enjoy a warming glass of mulled wine.

Elf School

The elves are ready to welcome you into their world!

Receive your elf hat, add rosy red cheeks and visit the Naughty or Nice Station. Will your light shine red or green?

Meet Father Christmas

Step into Father Christmas’s magical grotto, where he brings the wonder of Christmas to life.

He shares the excitement, mystery and magic of Christmas, while knowing something special about each child.

The visit is shared with a small group of families, followed by time for each family to enjoy their own photograph with Father Christmas. (One printed family photo is included).

The Elves’ Toy Shop

Enter a room filled with Christmas treasures and gifts prepared by the elves where every child chooses a toy to take home.

The Alpine Reindeer Village

Wander into a festive Alpine village filled with sparkling lights, seasonal displays and Christmas atmosphere.

Meet the singing reindeer and make your own pouch of magical reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve.

Please note they are not real reindeer - they are beautiful animatronic ones singing all of your festive favourites.

The Story of the First Christmas

Hear the Nativity story told by those who were there on the night.

Meet the stable owner as he remembers Mary and Joseph, the unexpected visitors and the night a very special baby arrived in Bethlehem.

Booking Information

Your booked time is the start of your Christmas Experience at the Elves’ Post Office.Please arrive at the farm least 30 minutes before your booked time, however, we recomend arrivng as early or staying as late as possible to make the most of farm and enjoy the other Christmas activities.

Weekday Toddler Sessions

A Farmyard Toddler Christmas - Term Time Weekdays 9:30am-3pm

Our Farmyard Toddler Christmas is a gentle, heartwarming version of the full Christmas Experience, specially designed for younger children to enjoy the magic of Christmas at a pace that suits them. The gentle, tailored journey is led by your very own dedicated Elf, who will adapt the session to suit the group. You can enjoy all the festive magic, just at a pace that’s perfect for little ones. This includes a tactile version of the reindeer food experience and slightly simplified activities to keep things fun and engaging.

• The journey begins with your festive passport, a keepsake letter from Father Christmas and magical glasses.
• Then it is time to warm up with a mulled wine for the adults in the Post Office while the children enjoy a story book with the elf.
• You then move to the Elf-tastic HQ — a fun and interactive space where little ones can enjoy painting their elf cheeks, receiving their own elf hat with the help and encouragement of their elf guide.
• The magic continues with a visit to Father Christmas in his beautiful grotto, where he will know the children's names and mention something special about them (provided by you at checkout). A family photo opportunity with Santa adds to the lasting memories.
• Capture that magical shot with the camera on your phone and the elves will print you a free photo to take home in the Elf Shop.
• The experience concludes with a visit to the Toy Shop, where children can choose their very own gift from shelves full of Christmas treasures.

• Enjoy the Elves’ Village throughout your visit which is open all day and can be visited as many times as you like - with magical glasses bringing the twinkling lights to life.
• Visit the reindeer stables at your leisure, where children can enjoy watching and listening to the singing reindeer, sit in the sleigh for a photo and make their own special reindeer food pouch, to take home, ready to sprinkle on the lawn on Christmas Eve.
• Nativity Scene photo opportunity. Put on a headdress and pop your little ones in the stable by the manger for that traditional photo moment.

Please note, the Christmas Show is not available during toddler sessions, but all other festive extras are included, such as animal petting, barrel rides, adventure golf, visiting the elf village and listening to the singing reindeer. Every child receives magical glasses, reindeer food, an elf hat, and a gift, while every adult will enjoy a warming glass of mulled wine. It’s a wonderfully festive, child-led experience designed to create magical moments for even the youngest Christmas visitors.
