BOOK YOUR FAMILY CAMPING TODAY FOR JUST £50 DEPOSIT!
CAMPING DATES THIS YEAR: 13th/14th, 20th/21st, 27th/28th June
Some important information that will help you with your booking:
- This booking is to secure your pitch at one of our sell out camping weekends. You can secure your pitch today for just £50.
- Your pitch is for 1 tent and a maximum of 7 people. If you are booking for more than 7 people or a 2nd tent you will need to book more than 1 pitch.
- Your £50 deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please note if you decide not to go ahead with your camping booking we are unable to refund your deposit, this is always a sell out event.
- Payment for all people attending must be paid 6 weeks before your booking.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A CAMPING WEEKEND AT WEST LODGE FARM PARK?
- Entrance to the farm park and all of the usual fun farm park activities on Saturday and Sunday.
- BBQ meal on Saturday night - delicious home reared meat cooked on the fire pit, also included is a selection of salads such as potato salad, pasta salad and green salads. Vegetarian options will also be available. At checkout please tell us about any dietary requirements.
- Guided twilight walks - one of our farmers will take you on a tour of our walks - the farm is completely different at night time!
- Licensed Pay Bar
- Cozy camp fire and toasting marshmallows.
- Family Quiz
- Breakfast on Sunday morning including cereals, farmhouse full English cooked breakfast, juice, tea & coffee
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pitches are approximately 8 meters wide allowing a tent and car parked beside.
- You have booked a tent pitch - you will need to provide your own tent.
- Pitches will be around the edge of our camping field allowing plenty of space in the middle for ball games should you wish.
- You will receive an email from us 7 weeks before your visit to arrange payment.
- At payment you will be able to provide information such as dietary requirements.
- If you would like to be on a pitch next to friends, please make this request at checkout. We will always endeavour to site people where requested but cannot guarantee it.
- Please note this is a wild camping experience in a grass field for one night with limited facilities. There are NO SHOWER FACILITIES, DISHWASHING FACILITIES OR ELECTRICAL HOOK UPS. We do have outdoor toilets, washbasins and running drinking water.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome.
- We do allow tents and small campervans on site. Due to ground conditions, caravans, large motor homes and trailer tents are not permitted.
- Please note that this is a FAMILY EVENT Adults may come only if accompanied by children. We encourage responsible drinking; therefore no alcohol is to be brought on to the campsite other than from the licensed bar.

This is a sell out event. We are not able to offer refunds.
