Family Camping returns to West Lodge for the summer of 2025
Please read all of this before booking:
(Each booking represents 1 pitch & 1 tent (Max 7 people per pitch). If you are booking for 2 families, please make 2 bookings.)
1 NIGHT CAMPING (Arrive Saturday am depart Sunday before 5pm)
- Entrance to the farm park on Saturday and Sunday (Arrivals from 9am Saturday. Depart camping field by 5pm Sunday)
- Tent pitch for 1 night (Saturday night)
- BBQ meal on Saturday night including a selection of salads and vegetarian options.
- Licensed Bar
- Camp fire and toasting marshmallows.
- Family Quiz
- Breakfast on Sunday morning including cereals, farmhouse cooked breakfast, juice, tea & coffee (7am-9am)
2 Night Camping (Arrive Friday afternoon Depart Sunday before 5pm)
- Entrance to the farm park on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday (Arrivals from 1pm Friday. Depart camping field by 5pm Sunday)
- Tent pitch for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday night)
- Friday evening the farm and catering facilities are open till 8pm to purchase food or drinks.
- BBQ meal on Saturday night including a selection of salads and vegetarian options.
- Licensed Bar
- Camp fire and toasting marshmallows.
- Family Quiz
- Breakfast on Sunday morning including cereals, farmhouse cooked breakfast, juice, tea & coffee (7am-9am)
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO SHOWER FACILITIES on site. We have toilets with washbasins. The camping field has a fresh cold water tap for your use. There are NO FACILITIES for washing crockery or electric hookups.
GUIDANCE FOR BOOKING:
- Each booking represents 1 pitch & 1 tent (Max 7 people per pitch). If you are booking for 2 families, please make 2 bookings.
- Pitches are approximately 8 meters wide allowing a tent and car parked beside.
- At payment you will be able to provide information such as dietary requirements.
- If you would like to be on a pitch next to friends, please make this request at checkout. We will always endeavour to site people where requested but cannot guarantee it.
- Please note this is a wild camping experience in a grass field for one night with limited facilities. There are no shower blocks or washrooms. We do have outdoor toilets with washbasins.
- We allow tents and small campervans on site. Due to ground conditions, caravans, large motor homes and trailer tents are not permitted.
- Please note that this is a FAMILY EVENT Adults may come only if accompanied by children. We encourage responsible drinking; therefore no alcohol is to be brought on to the campsite other than from the licensed bar. There are toilet facilities available however we do not have shower facilities.
REFUNDS
Please read our terms and conditions for our refunds policy. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be charged a £10 administration fee. Please think carefully before booking.
