Birthday Parties at West Lodge Farm!

We've got everything covered - all you have to do is choose the date and which session you'd like!

A Child's Birthday Party at West Lodge is £18.95 per child and includes the following:   

• All day at the farm
• VIP party room in the Indoor Adventure Barn for 2 hours 
• Delicious birthday meal. Please choose your options when you proceed to booking page
• Free animal food for every child 
• 1 free adult per child
• 2 free adults per birthday child.
• Option to book extras for an additional charge such as party bags, adventure golf and food and drink for adults.

*We can comfortably sit between 6 and 25 children in the party room.  For parties of up to 15 children there is plenty of space for all children and adults. Please note, when seating between 15 and 25 children the standing room for adults will be greatly reduced. Adults are welcome to sit in other areas of the adventure barn.  

**For parties over 25 children, A Friday evening party would be a good option, with use of both party rooms. Please email adventurebarn@westlodgefarmpark.co.uk to check availability. 

***Children with physical additional needs will be offered exclusive use of The Udder Place. Please email adventurebarn@westlodgefarmpark.co.uk to check availability.

10.30am        Pizza Party, Buffet Tea Party or, at additional cost of £1 per child, the Farm Sausage or Chicken Nugget Party (Eating at 11.30pm)

1.00pm           Pizza Party, Buffet Tea Party or, at additional cost of £1 per child, the Farm Sausage or Chicken Nugget Party (Eating at 2.00pm)

2.30am          Pizza Party, Buffet Tea Party or, at additional cost of £1 per child, the Farm Sausage or Chicken Nugget Party (Eating at 3.30pm)

4.00am         Pizza Party, Buffet Tea Party or, at additional cost of £1 per child, the Farm Sausage or Chicken Nugget Party (Eating at 4.30pm)

*Most dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise at time of booking.

T's and C's

• We require a £75 deposit at time of booking. This will secure your party booking.
• We will email 2 weeks before your party to take your food choices and numbers etc.
• One of our staff will contact you by phone 7 days before your party to make the final arrangements and take the balance of payment.
• All communication can be done via Email up to 1 week before the event. Any alterations after this cut off time will be subject to an admin fee of £10.
• All parties are subject to a minimum spend of £150.
• All children over the age of 1 year will be charged full price as a party guest, they will receive party food, free animal food and 1 free adult.
• Annual pass holders will still need to be paid for and included in numbers as per all party guests.
• We strongly recommend setting up an account at check out, unless you already have an account.
• If you decide to cancel more than 21 days before your party we will refund you the total amount of your deposit minus £10 admin fee
• If you decide to cancel between 21 and 14 days before your party we will refund you 50% of your deposit minus a £10 admin fee.
• If you decide to cancel less than 7 days before your party you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If we have to cancel your party for any reason such as national lockdown we will give you a full refund.

We think we've got everything covered but if you would like to extend your day with us we do have extra activities that you can book (subject to availability and conditions)

Extra Activities - Subject to weather conditions and availability

• Adventure Golf (Party Half Price Deal) You can reserve your slots on our 9 hole Adventure golf at £1.00 per person.
• Tractor Rides you can reserve tickets on one of our public rides for £2.50 per person Subject to Availability.  Tractor rides are a fun and bumpy mini tour of the paddocks which last approximately 15-20 minutes 
• Pony Rides you can reserve tickets on our public pony ride sessions for £3.00 per child or you can book these online on the morning of your party for £3.25 per child Subject to Availability. All children riding a pony must be 2 years old, under 1m 40cm and weigh a maximum of 6 stone.
