We think The Adventure Barn makes the perfect party venue for your child’s birthday and we’d like to think we’ve thought of everything so all you have to do is book!

Our Toddler party package provides you with everything you’ll need for the best party ever!

Toddler Term Time Party £9.95 per child     

• Party Room and party meal (food options available on booking page) in The Old Grain Barn Adventure Play Area
• You have the party room for a total of 2 hours, seating up to 16 children
•  Party starts in the Indoor Adventure Barn at 11am, party food will be served at approximately 11.45am.
• Food options. You can chose from a Pizza Party or a Buffet Tea Party.
• One free adult for every child, 2 free adults for birthday child
• Free bag of animal food for every child
• Spend all day with us at the farm and enjoy all of the activities we have on offer
• Toddler parties are held term time only. (Please note we operate according to Leicestershire AND Northamptonshire school holidays)
• Option to book extras for an additional charge, such as party bags, birthday cup cakes, and food and drinks for the adult guests.

A non refundable deposit of £50 is taken to secure your booking.

At checkout you will have the option to select additional items such as party bags and birthday cupcakes.

Toddler parties are subject to a minimum spend of £100.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

If you do wish to choose extra activities for your party please note that they must be booked separately before the day of your party:

• Pony Rides you can reserve tickets on our public pony ride sessions for £3.00 per child. All children riding a pony must be 2 years old and weigh a maximum of 5 stone.
• Adventure Golf (Party Half Price Deal) New to West Lodge in 2021! You can reserve your slots on our 9 hole Adventure golf at £1.00 per person.

ALL EXTRA ACTIVITIES MUST BE PRE BOOKED. PLEASE EMAIL parties@westlodgefarmpark.co.uk WITH YOUR ENQUIRY. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME, DATE AND TIME OF PARTY AND A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMER AND SOMEONE FROM OUR WELCOME TEAM WILL GET BACK TO YOU ASAP.

• We require a £50 deposit at time of booking. This will secure your party booking. We will call you by the Wednesday before your party to make the final arrangements and take the balance of your booking. 
• All parties are subject to a minimum spend of £100.
• All children over the age of 1 year will be charged full price as a party guest, they will receive party food, free animal food and 1 free adult.
• We will contact you by email two weeks before your party to take numbers, food choices etc.
• One of our staff will contact you by phone the week before to make the final arrangements and take the balance of payment.
• Annual pass holders will still need to be paid for and included in numbers as per all party guests.
• If you need to rearrange your party you will be offered the option to change the date online using the same method used to book. (This can be done up to 3 weeks before your party date, after this time you will be offered the following options):
• If you decide to cancel more than 21 days before your party  we will refund you the total amount of your deposit minus £10 admin fee
• If you decide to cancel between 21 and 14 days before your party we will refund you 50% of your deposit minus a £10 admin fee.
• If you decide to cancel less than 7 days before your party you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If we have to cancel your party for any reason such as national lockdown we will give you a full refund.
