Our After School party package provides you with everything you’ll need for the best party ever!

An After School Party at West Lodge is £12.95 per child and includes the following:   

• VIP party room in the Indoor Adventure Barn for 2 hours
• Delicious Birthday meal – Choose from Pasta Party, Pizza Party Or Buffet Tea Party
• Free animal food for every child 
• 1 free adult per child (up to a maximum of 25 children in your party-if more than 25 children please email us for alternate options).
• 2 free adults per birthday child.
• Option to book extras for an additional charge such as party bags, activities and food and drink for adults.

**We can comfortably sit between 6 and 30 children in the party room. Please note, when seating between 15 and 30 children the standing room for adults will be greatly reduced, adults are welcome to sit in other areas of the adventure barn. 

**For parties of up to 15 children there is plenty of space for  all children and adults. 

***For parties over 30 children we can offer exclusive use of The Udder Place. Please email parties@westlodgefarmpark.co.uk to check availability.

T's and C's

• We require a £100 deposit at time of booking. This will secure your party booking. We will email you 2 weeks before your party to make the final arrangements, confirm numbers and food choice.
• All parties must be paid for in full by the Wednesday before your party. One of our staff will contact you by telephone to make the final arrangements. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments to your party after this time. 
•  After school parties are held term time only. (Please note we operate according to Leicestershire AND Northamptonshire school holidays)
• All parties are subject to a minimum spend of £125.
• All children over the age of 1 year will be charged full price as a party guest, they will receive party food, free animal food and 1 free adult.
• Annual pass holders will still need to be paid for and included in numbers as per all party guests.
• If you need to rearrange your party you will be offered the option to change the date online using the same method used to book. (This can be done up to 3 weeks before your party date, after this time you will be offered the following options):
• If you decide to cancel more than 21 days before your party  we will refund you the total amount of your deposit minus £10 admin fee
• If you decide to cancel between 21 and 14 days before your party we will refund you 50% of your deposit minus a £10 admin fee.
• If you decide to cancel less than 7 days before yor party you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If we have to cancel your party for any reason such as national lockdown we will give you a full refund.
